What non-leftist, non-establishment media do you imbibe?
Enough to watch/engage with the thread I started specifically for the trial?

I’m recording the trial and watching it when I can, drawing my own conclusions. Trying to not be swayed by media bias so it feels more like an actual juror experience. I like Ben Shapiro by the way, but he has some bias. Just like the left does. If we’re honest, maybe we all have a little bias, one way or the other. Even the jury. But I’m trying to just view the trial without the media noise. This isn’t to say I don’t read articles about the trial, but it’s more to compare what my own opinion is based on watching the trial, myself.

So, it might be interesting to discuss this with you, I’ll chime in to your thread.

Yea, I really didn't follow much of this story last year when it broke, other than keeping up on the riots happening all over the country in response to it. But, I've always been interested in criminal trials, and how the justice system works. I'd like to think justice will prevail and that the facts will lead to accurate verdicts.

I think it was smart to air the trial on public tv, because it completely leaves media bias out, and you can just watch it and draw your own conclusions.

Thanks to both you and Syne for providing some updates, input, and analysis with respect to its unfolding progress. At least I seem to be bothering in a mitigated way to encounter it somewhere indirectly, if not directly.
No problem. : )

That would be a "no" then. You can't name any non-leftist/establishment media sources you've watched about Floyd. That means you've already been bias, before you even started watching the trial. Either by the media or your own emotional reaction.

You’re exhausting, dude. Watching the trial for myself is what a jury is doing, you realize that? They aren’t permitted as a juror to watch any media coverage while the trial is going. But you dismiss my watching the trial - you prefer Ben Shapiro to guide your opinion.

You need to pretend like you are the smartest person in the room...I don’t get it, and I don’t want to get it.

It has been ruled through Floyd’s autopsy report that his heart condition and drug use were contributing factors to his death, but the cause of death was from compression of the neck and body restraint during the arrest. If you disbelieve that testimony from the medical examiner who performed Floyd’s autopsy, it is due to your bias. *shrug*

If you can't admit that you've been influence by media coverage or emotional reaction prior to watching the trial, I can't help you. No one guides my opinion on anything, but he is pointing out stuff you seem to be completely missing "watching the trial". 9_9

I don't need to nor intend to act like the smartest person in the room, but you saying that exposes your own insecurity and illustrates why it's generally pointless to argue with a woman. You won't address facts I bring up, but you will try to make it about me.

So I'm done here. You can either watch and comment on the Shapiro videos in that thread, or continue your uninformed blathering without me.
I didn’t make “this” about you. I shared my opinions based on my own viewing of the trial thus far. You started lashing out as usual, calling me biased. You started that. Simply put, my opinions (and what is surfacing in the trial) don’t fit your narratives.

You just can’t discuss topics with anyone who has a differing opinion from you (on any topic), you have to insult and sling ad homs.

Oh well, you do you.
I'm sorry. What I meant was fuck off you intellectually dishonest little brat. If you need the kid gloves, don't engage with me. That's on you. Don't whine about your own choices.

You're the nauseating woman hater here, not me. My life is full of charming and beautiful women.

Not sure how much we can trust "charming and beautiful" from a guy who isn't attracted to women.
Admitting it's pointless to argue with women (the ones here repeatedly proving they will avoid, deflect, or bail on a debate that's not going their way...sore losers...you have a lot in common with them) is age old common knowledge. Hell, women know it's pointless to argue with other women, but they like the drama.
