Okay, I think this is the coolest thing Big Grin

Well, if you like that one, wegs, you'll love the Cheerios effect.

Love that Big Grin

A random observation - I've been enjoying returning to SF, but I kind of wonder what the threshold is for banning. Magical Realist gets banned for who knows what, but there's a guy on there who recently posted a music video where the lyrics are disgusting. I mean, the ''artist'' in the video is singing about ''how he likes his p***y'' and ''t***y fucking,'' to share a few of the lyrics. They get worse from there. Like, graphically worse. I reported it but the member still remains, and so does the video.

So, I guess if you're a sexist asshole, you'll never get banned nor will your posts...but, don't you dare argue with people about ghosts!  Dodgy

As a side note, that video isn't in the ''what's on your ipod'' thread. (Not that it belongs there either, but it's just surprising to be scrolling through a political thread and then see that video pop up.) I don't get why people post stuff like that on a science forum. There are plenty of trashy sites to post that crap, but ...anyway.
Leftists, like all of the SF moderators, are always all about free speech for the most disgusting things (crucifix in pee, menstrual painting, etc.), so long as they don't directly undermine their politics. But god forbid you try to voice a view they abhor, like traditional family values. That dichotomy seems pretty telling to me.

Considering that many of the threads deal with the politics around women's rights, rape culture, and equality, it's pretty bizarre to leave a video up that clearly objectifies and degrades women. It will be interesting to see if it remains up.

The guy who posted it is a republican, a very vocal one...so we'll see. I think it should be removed, because it's that vulgar and degrading. There are sexy songs and then there are degrading vulgar disgusting songs, and that just doesn't belong on there. But, the guy is a tool, so...  Sleepy
Well, any troll can claim to be Republican. So without a link to the post or knowledge of the poster, I have to take that with a grain of salt.

And a video, as you describe, is definitely something a troll would post...to specifically defame Republicans.

If this is the guy you're talking about, I wouldn't call this a die hard Republican, and definitely not a conservative: http://www.sciforums.com/threads/are-you...st-3569296
That is him. You're a good detective, Syne. He voted for Trump and takes a lot of heat.
Trump flipped quite a few Democrat voters.

Feeling happy, wanna bottle this feeling and whenever I need it again, I can just take off the lid and feel it again. Happiness doesn't work that way, though. We need to experience happiness when it comes....
