Yes..it's official and the votes required for Biden to reach 270 are counted. There's a massive crowd in front of the Whitehouse celebrating.
No, it's not official. NC, GA, and AK haven't completed their counts, and some automatic recounts are already triggered by close margins.

You would rather see America on fire than have Biden as president?
World leaders react and congratulate Biden on historic win:

Looks to me like the genie of democracy is well and truly out of the bottle.
I get the impression American citizens are well equipped to defend democracy.
Will we see Americans once again directing heavy artillery at their fellow Americans?
I spent time with friends today around an upscale beach area and we had lunch at an outdoor restaurant - and the city area was celebrating the Biden win. People were out jogging and such, shouting “Trump’s gone!” Horns honking with people holding the American flag and Biden/Harris signs out the window as they drove by. There was a festive feeling in the air...

I think even if you voted for Trump and he didn’t win, that our democracy and American principles are something to be celebrated.

I don't know about that anymore. We're getting a lot like Russia nowadays where the corruption is in your face.

Do you believe Trump and his team when they say the Democrats “stole” the election?

I’m in the same boat as you. I don’t know what to believe anymore.

Yuval Noah Harari said that chimps can never cooperate effectively. "Put 100,000 chimps in Wall Street or Yankee Stadium, and you’ll get chaos. Put 100,000 humans there, and you’ll get trade networks and sports contests."

But I’m starting to think that if you put 7.8 billion humans online, you’ll also get chaos.  Undecided

Hopefully, our judicial system can sort it out with the evidence available to them.
Anyone watch Biden’s speech tonight? He seems to have a strong faith. I like that he’s not afraid to share that.
