Why in hell would a Russian get in a flying machine over Ukraine because by the looks of all the vids it’s insanity to try. If lucky you can eject before crashing but by the looks of this vid the pilot might have parachuted right into an inferno of blazing wreckage. Just not his day.

If legit, I expect it would be detonated on a Russian annexed part of Ukraine that the former has or is about to lose back to the latter. The "Russians" exposed to the radiation would actually be Ukrainians otherwise glad to be liberated. The toxic landscape would serve as a barrier or impediment to further Ukrainian troop advancement in the applicable region.

Or more likely, Shoigu is just shopping war-porn fantasy as a futile attempt to stop or slow aid to Ukraine.

The ultimate aim is to blame the use of weapons of mass destruction on Russia, and thereby cause a strong international backlash.

The dirty nuclear bomb is nearly ready, and the Kyiv regime is ready to use it. Under the direction of Western supervisors, Kyiv is preparing to carry out this plan.
