It's a sure sign of it. Just being against the nation of Israel otoh isn't. No more than being against the US stealing of native American lands makes you anti-American. Indeed, one is only against the actions of a country if one has hope in the people of that country to do better and elect better leaders. There is a clear difference between being prejudiced against an ethnicity and being against a nation's actions and policies, particularly when that nation has banished you from your own homeland and imprisons you in a ravaged and wartorn territory bombing all your churches and apts and hospitals and cutting off all your food supplies.

You didn't actually answer the question. You said it was "a sure sign of it" but then immediately told me what wasn't antisemitism.
Maybe you can answer this question more directly:

UN Refuses to Cooperatively Distribute Aid as Reported Hunger Grows in Gaza

The United Nations rejected offers by the U.S.- and Israeli-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) to deliver much-needed humanitarian aid to Gazan civilians that is sitting undelivered inside the Gaza Strip despite the United Nations’ own warnings about widespread hunger. “We’ve been sounding the alarm for weeks on the need for more aid in Gaza while we’ve seen aid by the UN and other organizations being piled near the borders but not being delivered,” GHF Interim Director John Acree said. UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric rejected the offer on July 23, accusing the GHF of setting up operations that “increase the risk of people [being] shot at or trampled while trying to get food.”

Question: Hi. Thanks for having me on. With all of its flaws, and there are many, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation has been issuing these daily pleas to the UN to offer some sort of cooperation between agencies and GHF. Is there any sort of response you want to give to them and their pleas?

Spokesman: It’s the same response we’ve been giving over and over again. There is enough work for many humanitarian organizations for us to work with. We welcome working with any other partners. All we ask is that those partners ... don’t set up an operation that will increase the risk of people to be shot at or trampled while trying to get food. Also, we have a system that works. All we’re asked is to be allowed to do that system. I don’t think we need to add another layer of for-profit organizations. We need humanitarian partners, and we welcome working with any and every humanitarian partners that works along those basis.

So hundreds of trucks of UN aid remains undistributed because the UN just doesn't like how the US/Israel-backed GHF secures distribution. IOW, the UN doesn't want it secured against Hamas theft.

And NBC misrepresents their own story:

It found “no reports alleging Hamas” benefited from U.S.-funded supplies, according to a slide presentation of the findings seen by Reuters.

Maybe the Venn diagram of illiterates and antisemites has heavy overlap, but "no evidence" would seem to imply more than "no evidence of US-funded aid theft."
So not only from the corrupt USAID, but also pretending it means more than it actually says.

Let's look at the source that Mercy Corps cites:

On May 20, 2024, International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor Karim Khan announced that he was pursuing arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant. Khan alleged that both “bear criminal responsibility” for the war crime of “starvation of civilians as a method of warfare.”

As shown below, anti-Israel non-governmental organizations (NGOs) – many funded by European governments and some linked to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terror group – initiated the “starvation as a weapon” narrative immediately following Hamas’ brutal assault on October 7. While the IDF was still fighting Palestinian terrorists in southern Israel, and well before the ground invasion of Gaza, NGOs issued press releases and submissions to the ICC making outrageous claims of “starvation.”

Central to this campaign were “reports” of an NGO framework known as “the Famine Review Committee of the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) system.” The factual claims in IPC publications primarily reference UN agencies (UNRWA, WHO) and the PFLP-linked NGO Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC) that simply repeat propaganda from the Hamas Ministry of Health. These claims were repeated by the “expert committee” appointed by Khan, referenced in the May 20 ICC statement, that served as the justification for his actions. 

For over a decade, these same NGOs have been lobbying for ICC prosecution of Israelis, pushing the Court to recognize the Palestinian Authority as a member and to expand its jurisdiction, filing complaints, representing “victims,” and submitting briefs.
