They persistently do ignore the advice -- whether celebrities, magnates, or amateur politicians like Trump. They're twiticts -- hooked on it like a substance abuse, and it borders on having the same potency to undermine lives, careers, and business reputations. Where are the behavior modification opportunists? You'd think some socialite-parasite entrepreneur would have setup a twitict rehab center for VIP adults by now, not just teen celebs.

Okay.
So he has a forty year old wife with a twenty to twenty five year old daughter. He looks a lot older than his wife.

Edit .. he's 63. So 23 year age gap twixt him and wife.

my point was not the age difference. though most people are conditioned to look at that.
ironic in 1st world countrys where we see child brides normalised by some extreem parts of those 1st world countrys.

my point was more soo about his likely personal investment into the country and local community.
having family there and having personal investment in the on going future of the place a slight difference in behaviour would be expected.
the idea of modelling lessons learnt in the harsh world to his children would make him feel the need to be pro active.

i think what was likely is the massive amount of emotionally charged atmosphere wth the time running against them, they were hoping on a miracle of not getting the heavy rain they expected.
add on top of that sleep deprivation of all partys.
it is a situation that only the ideal is good enough.
that is quite a thing and way outside the coping boundarys of the average person.


anything short of a miracle is not good enough.

Musk was probably sleep deprived & running on fumes along with everyone else in his team spending their own money etc.

i imagine the come down from such an event would be like a hard core junky going cold turkey.
which is simply 1 reason why that type of thing is a specialist only thing.
