Lost the post but the strangest (electric) guitar solos was enough to confirm my opinion that the acoustic guitar is an instrument  and the electric guitar is a thing.

In my mind this song is about a child born to a plantation owner..
Also in my mind is that it is about the birthright of every child.

More mellow one of SE.

Every now and then one comes across a track that really hits the spot - personal taste basis of course. Finished up paying for the album 'Miami Squeeze' on BandCamp. Ayway here is imo the standout track in Zak Vortex's 'Miami Squeeze' album I often select for 'repeat' via VLC:

Might well not be the first time on this thread. Mrs C2 is probably wondering what I'm up to in my little office ..

Edit.. The singer (Clare Torry)..
In 2004 [long overdue IMHO], she sued Pink Floyd and EMI for songwriting royalties on the basis that her contribution to "The Great Gig in the Sky" constituted co-authorship with keyboardist Richard Wright. Originally, she was paid the standard flat fee of £30 for Sunday studio work.[6] In 2005, an out-of-court settlement was reached in Torry's favour, although the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.[9] All releases after 2005 carry an additional credit for "Vocal composition by Clare Torry"[10] for the "Great Gig in the Sky" segment of the booklet or liner notes.

Nice combo tribute to the recently departed Greek musician, composer, songwriter and producer of electronic, progressive, ambient, and classical orchestral music (lifted directly from Wikipedia page on). But it's those 'dogs' - what pedigree? Part hyena, or part jackal? Or what?

Keep thinking Berger Blanc Suisse (aka White Swiss Shepherd) for some reason. If the smaller ones aren't pups, then that's probably out the window (for them).

But the dog with dark patches... Felt it had been absent for several Zwijsen videos. Yet checking back that was only for one, maybe two installments. Tropes, tropes... jumped on the "missing K9" mystery wagon prematurely.
