Sitting in a running truck that is inducing vibration on the phone/camera.

How does a truck's vibration induce a spinning circle of light in the sky that is zoomed in and out on?

If you cannot see the clear, matching vibration on the power lines, I probably can't help you. If you have a digital video recorder of any kind, you can make the experiment yourself. That's likely the only way you'd understand what's going on. But I doubt you really care to test it.

No..the telephone lines are not vibrating, only out focus. The object is clearly moving consistently in a circle in a CCW direction at a constant velocity. Movement or vibration of the cellphone would only result in a squiggly random mess. Also, see the other 3 videos of the same phenomenon I added to the OP.

Yeah, that's what I thought you'd say. Meh. There's actually moments in the video where there is no vibration and you can see it's just a stationary light.
Not like the facts would ever change your mind though.

It's all just vibrations or micro-tremors in the hand reacting with optical image stabilization.

Typical skeptic's approach: just say any old stupid thing so you can dismiss it and move on.

For those with any genuine curiosity:

How OIS Generates the "Small Circles"
OIS stabilizes video by floating the camera lens on tiny motorized springs or magnets controlled by internal gyroscopes.

When you introduce external micro-tremors, the OIS system tries to counteract the vibration by floating the lens in the exact opposite direction.

If the vibration matches the natural harmonic resonance of the OIS floating springs, the lens begins to physically orbit or wobble in an elliptical or circular pattern inside the phone.
This causes a stationary light to look like it is swimming in perfect, fluid micro-circles, while the rest of the frame remains relatively stable.
