Fascist Trump goons with guns again..

If you were ever in a truly dangerous situation, you'd know that you cannot immediately stop a reaction in fractions of a second. There would be no time to register rage... until after the encounter, where he verbally reacts to being endangered.

God forbid any leftists understand (empathize with) truly dangerous situations or even basic human reaction time. They're just a lynch mob... who has this officer in hiding from all the credible threats to his life. All because he acted like a human in a dangerous situation.

That's what law enforcement is trained to do. They are trained to only shoot when they're life is in danger. He perceived himself to be out of danger, but enraged by Rene's trying to leave, intended to make her pay by killing her. He's is responsible for his actions. There is nothing more to say. Murder is murder.

You just don't understand basic human reaction times.

A human's reaction time to recognize a situation and react varies, but generally, it's around 0.25 to 0.7 seconds for simple, expected events, while complex situations or surprises can extend this to 1.5 seconds or more, involving sensory input, brain processing, and muscle response, with younger people often reacting faster.

This is basic human physiology... neural processing, nervous system and motor control signals, etc..

The average human reaction time to stop a continuous shooting action is approximately0.3 to 0.36 seconds after receiving a clear signal to stop. This delay is a natural part of human physiology and cognitive processing, and it can result in one or more additional rounds being fired even after the decision to cease fire has been made.

Physiology, not rage.

Nope..total rage. He pulled the gun out to shoot her, and then shot her once and then two extra times when out of harm's way. Nothing about reaction time at all. All rage. He did what he planned to do from the beginning. He had already concluded what she was. "Fucking bitch!"'

Meanwhile:

"At least three prosecutors with the U.S. attorney’s office in Minnesota have resigned over their concerns with the direction of the investigation into the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, a person familiar with the resignations told NBC News on Tuesday.

The person confirmed the resignations of Joseph Thompson, Melinda Williams and another attorney. The two named attorneys, Thompson and Williams, did not immediately respond to messages seeking comment by NBC News.

The attorneys had felt pressure from Justice Department leadership, both in Minneapolis and in Washington, to investigate any ties to activist groups by Good and her widow, said a law enforcement official with knowledge of their decisions. The official said the prosecutors were also concerned about a decision to cut out state and local authorities from the federal investigation.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said Thompson was a “principled public servant” who spent more than a decade in law enforcement in the state.

“This is a huge loss for our state,” Walz said of the resignations. “This is the latest sign that President Trump is pushing nonpartisan career professionals out of the Department of Justice.”

Good was in the driver’s seat of an SUV in a residential part of Minneapolis last week when she was killed.

Video from eyewitnesses shows officers telling Good to get out of her car before she begins driving away.

Gunshots can be heard, and the SUV slams into a parked vehicle. Video obtained by NBC News that appears to have been recorded by Jonathan Ross, the officer who shot Good, captured Good and her wife talking to an officer in the moments before he opened fire.

In the video, Good turns the steering wheel to her right, away from the officer, as she begins to drive.

Ross shouts what sounds like “whoa” and fires, as multiple shots can be heard in the video. The view of his phone camera jerks around, points up to the sky and captures a glimpse of his masked face.

Ross’ phone levels out and captures the SUV accelerating down the street. A male voice said, “f-----g bitch” moments before Good’s car crashes.

The FBI is investigating. But Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said in a statement Tuesday there was "currently no basis" for an investigation by the criminal section of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.

ICE’s Office of Public Responsibility is conducting its own internal investigation, Blanche said, as is protocol for the agency after every officer-involved shooting. Any investigation runs parallel to the FBI’s investigation into the shooting, a Justice Department official said.

The Department of Homeland Security has said Good, an award-winning poet, “weaponized” her vehicle against the ICE officer who fatally shot her in self-defense.

Local and state officials have disputed that claim, saying Good, 37, was only trying to leave the scene."

You can keep up the verbal diarrhea, but it won't refute the physiological facts. Emotional outbursts equivalent to "nuh-uh" are not arguments against scientific physiology, where there's not enough time to register rage before acting in self-defense. You also continue to prove you've never experienced a truly dangerous situation, as you have zero comprehension of how hot tempers can run after being threatened or endangered.

How does any alleged plan to retire by a MAGA bimbo refute their given reasons for retiring?

They didn't give their reasons. It's all some anonymous "person familiar with the resignations."
You know, if you could read. Like thinking the above says Harmeet Dhillon is retiring, when it doesn't say that at all.

Nice sexism, BTW. @_@

All the news media is reporting the same thing. There's simply no reason to doubt it. And nobody but you and maybe Foxnews is falling for the MAGA bimbo's face-saving spin.

"The Times reported Thompson and five fellow federal prosecutors resigned over the DOJ’s attempts to investigate the widow of Renee Good, the 37-year-old woman shot and killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer last week, and a lack of interest in investigating the officer."--- https://thehill.com/homenews/state-watch...w-reports/

"At least a dozen federal prosecutors have indicated plans to leave the U.S. Justice Department over the Trump administration's handling of the fatal shooting of a Minnesota woman by a U.S. immigration officer and other civil rights cases, according to three people familiar with the situation.

The departures spanned the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division in Washington and the U.S. Attorney's Office in Minneapolis, the sources said.

Six federal prosecutors in Minnesota have resigned over a request from Justice Department leadership to investigate the widow of 37-year-old Renee Good, who was shot and killed in Minneapolis on January 7, according to two of the sources.

It was not clear exactly what DOJ officials wanted to investigate, but Trump administration officials have accused Good of impeding an immigration operation. The sources spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive internal matter.

Another six senior prosecutors in the criminal section of the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division also informed the department they planned to leave."--- https://www.reuters.com/legal/government...026-01-13/

Yeah..it's just a random mass retirement. lol

I think it highly likely that MR has experience of traffic on roads and walked through at least one car park. In any car park or by any road we can imagine and even present as 'real' a scenario where death would be likely or inevitable. On the grounds of probability I do not accept your claim that MR has never experienced a truly dangerous situation.

The ICE agent that killed Good certainly doesn't seem to have been intimidated by road vehicles. The experience he had already gained while reaching into or trying to climb inside a moving vehicle was probably sufficient to convince him that a bullet through the brain of the driver would be more effective (and less painful for him) than anything he had previously tried.

Syne's video showing an officer standing in front of a car while pointing a gun at the driver - the officer has to take the shot, the driver knows the officer will have to take the shot, for the driver the best (only) option is to duck and accelerate towards the officer - which is why the officer has to shoot - the officer should be aware that the a bullet through the brain has unpredictable consequences and the vehicle may well accelerate even after the driver is dead.

Yet neither of you show any indication of personal experience of immediately dangerous situations. The "theoretically possible" danger of traffic is intellectual masturbation.

Again, you fail to understand real world situations. The driver could have surrendered when he had the door open, but he decided he wasn't going to jail, even if that meant killing someone. Likewise, Renee Good could have followed commands and got out of the vehicle, but she decided to flee, putting an officer in danger.
