Quote:As usual, you're ignorant of the difference between a military presence and a military occupation.

No mention of a mere "presence" at all in the news. Just "taking over" Gaza city which equates with a military occupation---again! lol

Quote:doesn't seem like the UN really believes anyone is starving.

950 truckloads of food just waiting for the proper distribution points, like ones that don't shoot at people, says otherwise...

As usual, you just prove you don't understand the meaning of simple terms.

You mean distribution points that aren't attacked by Hamas because they want less secure sites they can steal from?

Netanyahu explaining new strategy... to flood Gaza with so much aid that it drives the price of food down so much that Hamas cannot make money on stolen aid... hopefully with the help of many other countries. Also explaining the basic history of how Palestinians have repeatedly been offered their own state, but always refused unless Israel is destroyed.

Netanyahu is a good and intelligent speaker. He doesn't mention it but back in the 1990s Yasser Arafat .. terrorist turned diplomat .. 'almost' got a workable two state solution .. the possibility of it was destroyed by Hamas. So Netanyahu presents the solution of 'destroying Hamas' (killing them) followed by 'mowing the grass' for many years to come (hundreds?) . At the same time settlers in the occupied regions want to cleanse them of all Palestinians .. resulting in a rather mixed message from Israel. And if that isn't acceptable .. the alternative is .. there isn't one.

Since Palestinians haven't proven themselves capable of governing to an extent that can control the terrorist elements among them, it's necessary for their target to do so.
Just a simple fact of survival. Since Palestinians have proven to be a danger, including by other Arab nations (not willing to take Palestinians refugees), of course you can't have them in close proximity to Israeli settlements. Nothing mixed about that message at all. Still just Israel ensuring its own survival among genocidal neighbors.

EXCLUSIVE: New Evidence Calls Into Question Viral Story Of Gazan Boy ‘Amir’ Killed At GHF Aid Site

The viral story of a Gazan boy killed by Israel’s military at an aid distribution site is under question in light of new body cam footage from the day of the incident and an interview with a woman who’s been identified as the boy’s stepmother who insists he was alive after it occurred.

...Aguilar says he met a boy named “Amir” while working at a GHF aid site on May 28, and saw him killed by the Israel Defense Forces that day. His account has since gone viral, fueling criticism of Israel as well as the United States-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.

But Al-Jarabe’a — who has been interviewed on several media outlets — says her stepson, Abdul Rahim Mohammed Hamdan Al-Jarabe’a, went missing on July 28 and was alive with her for two months after the date Aguilar claims he saw him die.
...
A review of body cam footage of an American security contractor standing next to Aguilar also shows a very different interaction than what has been described by Aguilar.
...
The security contractor wearing the body cam told The Daily Wire that Aguilar’s story is “fabricated.”

“The hand in his picture is my hand,” the contractor said, describing how he knows it’s not Aguilar’s. “I have discolored pigment from a burn on that hand, and I see the blood under my fingernail growing out from smashing it at home before coming here. The boy disappeared back into the aid after Tony walks off from him.
...
On May 29, a day after the alleged incident, Aguilar sent a “daily impact report” to his fellow teammates where he praised them for their work and included two pictures of Amir.

“Your efforts have brought families back together and have severely weakened the image of Hamas,” Aguilar wrote in the texts released by the GHF after Aguilar first went public with his accusations. “GREAT JOB.”
...
Aguilar’s work with GHF ended in June, when he was terminated by the security contractor staffing aid sites “due to poor performance, volatile conflicts with staff, and erratic behavior.”

Israel says it kills 5 militants posing as U.S. charity personnel

Israel's military has said it killed five armed militants in the Gaza Strip pretending to work for the U.S.-based World Central Kitchen charity which condemned anyone posing as humanitarian personnel
The military said it confirmed the five were not affiliated with the charity before killing them in an air strike last week while wearing WCK garb and posing a threat to Israeli troops.
"The terrorists deliberately affixed the emblem and wore yellow vests in an attempt to conceal their activity and avoid being targeted, cynically exploiting the status and trust afforded to aid organizations," it said.
WCK said late on Tuesday that it was contacted by Israeli authorities and confirmed the vehicle and people were not linked. "We strongly condemn anyone posing as WCK or other humanitarians as this endangers civilians and aid workers," it said in a statement on X.
In December, WCK fired dozens of Palestinians working for the charity in Gaza, employees told Reuters at the time, after Israel said at least 62 staff were linked to militants.
