There are some warnings on the site about who shouldn't use it and that it hasn't been proven to be effective against Covid.

Ivermectin is an anti-parasitic that belongs to the anthelmintics class of drugs. It is helpful for treating certain parasitic roundworm infections and improving the quality of life of a patient.

My guess is that it should be called trumpimectin and some will flock to buy it and others will reject it as an obvious snake oil remedy for covid. Extracting any science from the snake isn't going to be easy.
