hopefully this will place Ukrainian mobile artillery in the unique position to scoot n shoot from really close to the front lines penetrating deep into Orc camps which have previously been too far away from the front to have sustained bombardment.
hopefully ukraine has some good updated intelligence on new locations of orc concentrations
maybe ukraine will get some opportunity's for counter battery fire to lay waste to russian artillery
need good updated observations from drones
will the orc leaders be able to resist trying to use air attacks in the freezing cold ?

RU will like this -
Sirens are sounding at Engels Air Force Base outside Saratov Russia. This is one of Russia's largest air bases, home of many of their strategic bombers. It's along the Volga river deep inside Russia, some 330 miles from Ukraine.
Osint Defender thinks it might be a jet engine powered Tu-141 drone attack. These are old historical relics used as photo recon drones back in Soviet days and retired in 1989 by the Russian military. But the Ukrainians still had some in storage and took them out and reworked them into cruise missiles with explosive warheads. They are said to be the only weapons the Ukrainians have that can reach that deep into Russia.
Ukraine used their Tu-141's to attack Engels air base on December 5. So they may be back for a Christmas visit (except today isn't Christmas in Orthodox countries).
Russian locals say this explosion didn't sound like the one on Dec 5, and speculate it might have been an air defense missile.

Wagner artillerymen outside Bakhmut call out the Russian General Staff for failing to supply them with ammunition while their comrades are dying. Looks like the supply and logistics problems that have plagued Russia since the beginning of the war are continuing. I can't understand why the Russian army is screwing up so badly and why they fail to improve. Prior to the war, everyone thought that they were one of the world's premier militaries. It's been ten months. One would think that they would have recognized their weaknesses early in the war, learned from it, and devoted their efforts to improving in those areas. But they seem to be making the same mistakes over and over.
From Russia's point of view, the top Russian generals need to be replaced by lower level officers with actual combat experience who know what things are like on the battlefield. From Ukraine's point of view, it's probably fine as it is.
I can only speculate that the top Russian generals, incompetent as they seem, keep their jobs because Putin trusts their loyalty. He might fear a coup more than he fears losses on the battlefield.

Russian military breed mindless thugs (Orcs)
they have no working command structure & the leadership is more corrupt than a robbers dog
i expect a lot of their supplys have been stolen and sold off to third world countrys by their generals and politicians.
This Looks AWESOME
if it IS covert action then im very impressed
Russia is soo corrupt though so all the errors and lack of safety basic guide lines SPECIALLY now with conscripted men who would have been running many factories being sent to die in ukraine by the russian government, there must be lots of opportunity's for lots more accidents.
rule #1 don't get caught
rule #2 better to not achieve goal and to be alive to seek to achieve a new goal later
