These "scarecrows" have been appearing all over Russian-occupied Kherson, hanging from street signs and light poles. I believe this is a "no parking" sign, which is kind of appropriate.
EXCERPTS: The ever controversial head of the Russian space program, Dmitri Rogozin, is being replaced by deputy prime minister Yury Borisov, according to an official statement by the Kremlin. [...] "Rogozin was a nightmare to work with and a destabilizing force in the ISS partnership. He was also a nationalist asshole, of course," Eric Berger concluded.
While the international space community can breathe a little easier, having a belligerent and trigger-happy crony at the helm of an active warzone isn't exactly the most reassuring of prospects either... (MORE - missing details)

From Katya Pavluschenko, who has very good sources in the Russian space program.
I'm going to miss Dmitry Rogozin. He was... colorful... if nothing else. Really had a way with words.
Even if they don't have him to kick around any longer, Americans will continue riding their broomsticks to orbit in honor of Dmitry.
Along with announcing Rogozin's departure, Roscosmos also announced that the seat-sharing agreement between the US and Russia is still on, with an American riding on Soyuz MS21, and a Russian on Crew Dragon Crew 5.

While Putin and Rogozin started out as political rivals, I do think that they are friendly allies today. They seem to share a vision of Russia's place in the world. So it's unlikely that Putin is demoting Rogozin, more likely promoting him.
Rogozin's background is as a Russian nationalist politician, not as a military officer. So his having a military role in the Ukraine war is exceedingly unlikely.
But it's at least conceivable that he might be given a civilian role preparing the Russian occupied Ukrainian territories for Russian annexation.

With that pitch, it sounds like he might well be put in charge of Donbas which means those Eastern Ukrainian seperatists are basically losing their positions to Russian jackboots. (Like we didn't know that would happen) I'm actually surprised those seperatists haven't turned against Russia considering they've lost any freedom they were supposedly fighting for.
would be great if Ukraine could get 2 dozen of these

These look like the next logical upgrade replacement for M777

& just the person to put in charge of those destined executions of prisoners of war that they seem to be planning
hopefully he will be taken out along with anyone else who takes on any official role
in the occupied territory's of Ukraine.
i wonder if the recent russian military satellite launch is connected to this
maybe putin thinks he will be able to blame him for the war crimes
what does russia gain from counter intelligence making fake claims of weapons being smuggled out of Ukraine ?
they wish to upset the process of the west supply lines to Ukraine in hopes that information will be leaked so they can find targets to hit & to add to their narrative to illegalise the Ukrainian people, more soo now russia is using criminals in jail to conscript into the military
russia wants to get people to start talking about the weapons process so they can find them
