Right..largely negotiated means most terms were agreed on. Period. Trump said nothing about the negotiation failing. What he lied about was that the deal was largely negotiated when it hasn't been as that chart Yazata posted clearly showed. And this is proven by the continued military attacks they both continue to make on each other.

The negotiation is still in progress with Iran. Why would Trump say it failed when it's not over? @_@

Iran being intransigent or having rouge actors, that US forces respond to, doesn't mean the negotiation, nor even the ceasefire, is over. If negotiations fail, we will see full US military reengagement. We have not seen that yet.
