That was only because a recount showed Kennedy to have won Hawaii instead of Nixon. All recounts have been made. There is no such mistake or doubt that Biden won the election. All the states have certified their votes and cannot be changed by the courts. You are again just making up shit because you can't face loss. Biden won. Even your old crabby Mitch Mconnell said so.

Not all audits have been done, as the GA secretary of state just announced a signature audit of ballots. And not all lawsuits have been settled, again, leaving the final results in some doubt. Nothing made up about anything I've posted, but I can see how uninformed morons might think so.
I get that you have no doubts, with your motivated reasoning and steady diet if leftist bullshit and ignorance. There's nothing magical about states certifying their results. Again, the only date set in the Constitution for having the election settled in inauguration day, and even Ruth Bader Ginsburg admitted state certification is not a limitation on disputing the election.
Unlike many leftists, I will face a Biden win, once it is absolutely certain. And I admit that it is very likely. You can't even watch any of the evidence of voter fraud, which means deep down inside you think Biden did win by cheating. And let's not pretend you'd care if he did.
BTW, take note of how many leftists are so eager to gloat, but we didn't see anything like that from Republicans in 2016.

To investigate the voting system now would be like admitting it’s broken, IOW agreeing with Trump. How does ignoring fraudulent activity in the most basic of all democratic rights sit with the left or right? Shouldn’t every American be worried about shrugging off a tainted election?

On the night when the first results were coming in:
Quote:President Trump prematurely claimed victory - at a point when many votes in key states were yet to be counted - in the US election and made unproven claims about voter fraud.
Democratic rival Joe Biden responded: "It's not my place or Donald Trump's place to declare the winner of this election. It's the voters' place."
From the start Trump laid down the (probably) fake news that the election was tainted - I suggest (I believe) as an insurance policy against the possibility that he didn't win.
Syne has pointed out that the US is a republic and the result of the democratic election (farce) is really decided by the ability of presidential candidates to influence college voters in each state - and on that basis it would seem Trump has still lost.
The bad news is that the legacy of fake news will forever leave some in doubt as to whether or not the election was tainted. The good news is that America has (probably) removed a manipulative and/or delusional president (for better or worse) before any real harm was done.

That's just the thing. Democrats don't like America and only nominally consider themselves Americans. They like to see themselves as "citizens of the world", which explains their interest in open borders and complete disregard for the US economy or sovereignty. Just like they want big government to run everything, they'd also like the UN to run the government. Like orphaned children forever in search of mummy and daddy.

And you seem to use "fake news" as a superstitious mantra against evil or something...at least, you've offered no rational justification.

As usual, you're still a completely ignorant foreigner. Being a republic doesn't mean that the presidential candidates influence electors, as each has their own slate of electors, chosen by their own party.

Leftist paranoia and ignorance. Under Biden, we will see a weaker economy, fewer jobs, especially for minorities, and a more chaotic world, where bad actors won't have to fear the US intervening.
Wisconsin Supreme Court Rules Pandemic Doesn’t Exempt Voters From Proving Identity
Wisconsin’s Supreme Court ruled on Monday that public health restrictions amid the CCP virus pandemic are not valid reasons for people to vote absentee without showing an ID.
Under Wisconsin’s election law, a voter may declare him- or herself “indefinitely confined” because of age, physical illness, or infirmity—a status that allows one to submit an absentee ballot application without providing a photo ID. In a March 25 statement on his Facebook, Dane County clerk Scott McDonell encouraged “all voters who request a ballot and have trouble presenting a valid ID” to “indicate as needed that they are indefinitely confined due to illness.”
“This declaration will make it easier for Dane County voters to participate in this election by mail in these difficult times,” McDonell said, citing Gov. Tony Evers’ stay-at-home order.
...
In its final decision (pdf) on Monday, the court sided with the state Republican Party, saying that whether to declare oneself indefinitely confined is up to individual voters, not county clerks or anyone else. The justices also ruled that the governor’s stay-at-home order doesn’t mean everyone is indefinitely confined.
...
In addition, the court ruled that votes could not count for those who falsely claimed the status of indefinitely confinement. It’s unclear whether the decision will invalidate some of the votes cast in this year’s presidential election, or if it is simply for future reference.
Fraud Analyst Finds Average of 2 to 3 Percent Shift for Biden in Counties That Used Dominion
A man who’s made a living developing fraud detection algorithms has discovered a curious phenomenon: Counties that started using Dominion Voting Systems machines have on average moved by 2 to 3 points to the Democrat presidential candidate from the Republican compared to counties that didn’t adopt the machines.
The difference persisted even after he controlled for a number of factors, including county population and various demographic characteristics.
“I recommend we audit the machines,” he concluded.
...
The Epoch Times replicated his initial analysis using the same data he used and arrived at the same results.
Turner told The Epoch Times that he’s not making any specific allegation against Dominion; he’s simply reporting what he found.

1,302 instances of voter fraud
Is this real news or fake news intended to taint the 2020 election?
https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud
Looking at an example of voter fraud included:
Quote:Morales filled out and submitted ..[two].. ballots in the fall 2009 St. Helena school board election.
https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud/sear...All&page=2
Are we really intended to believe Morales will automatically be voting twice in the 2020 election?
Edit The earliest I spotted was from 1993 but they may have gone back further.

All you can do with fake news is try to replace it with facts - when facts are rejected the fake news becomes fake truth.
Quote:[Georgia]State and local elections officials have debunked claims of vote-flipping
Multiple state and local elections officials have debunked the claim that Dominion Voting Systems machines flipped votes from Trump to Biden.
It is true that the state's full hand recount of paper ballots resulted in 37 more votes for Trump in Ware County. But the change was not due to an issue with Dominion.
Ware County Election Supervisor Carlos Nelson told the Associated Press that an election worker made a small tabulation error that involved the 37 votes.
Election officials discovered the mistake during an internal audit and corrected the figure in the full hand recount of paper ballots, he said. There was never an issue with the technology from Dominion.
“There was no vote flipping,” Nelson said. “The system worked like it should.”
The 37 votes also made no difference in the election result in Ware County, where Trump won by about 70%.
Walter Jones — a spokesperson for the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office — said in a press release that the small vote change is only evidence that humans are less precise than machines at counting.

I think C2 is asking : Who do you believe? Fake News can/will work both ways. Still I've never encountered a machine made by man that couldn't break down or be retooled, that includes programming. I think it would be a lie to say machines are perfect. I know humans aren't. Little bit of larceny in everybody. Best you can do is cover up mistakes or simply ignore them. Admitting them is political suicide. I live by my signature which pretty much says it all.

For anyone thinking the Republican attempt to change the Electoral College results is new or unprecedented, you can look at hypocritical Democrats in 2016.
The weeks since the election have seen an unprecedented number of headlines teasing various scenarios about changing the results in the Electoral College — whose 538 members meet Monday in the 50 state capitals to cast their official votes. Trump won the Electoral College, 306 votes to Hillary Clinton's 232, but lost the popular vote by over 2.5 million votes, the third worst margin since 1824.
A handful of Democrats and even a few Republican electors have embarked on an unusual effort to deny Trump the victory — or at the very least, raise the specter of changing the election.
Electors in three states have gone to court seeking the chance to vote their mind; another resigned to avoid the vote altogether. One Republican elector in Texas has publicly said he will not vote for Trump, although his state voted overwhelmingly for the GOP candidate.
...
Activists, meanwhile, have taken up the cause. A petition aimed at "conscientious electors" has garnered nearly 5 million signatures. The West Wing’s fictitious president, Martin Sheen, and a slew of actors released a YouTube appeal pleading with electors to give the election to Clinton, or anyone other than Trump.
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politic...on-n697521
At least a half-dozen Democratic electors have signed onto an attempt to block Donald Trump from winning an Electoral College majority, an effort designed not only to deny Trump the presidency but also to undermine the legitimacy of the institution.
The presidential electors, mostly former Bernie Sanders supporters who hail from Washington state and Colorado, are now lobbying their Republican counterparts in other states to reject their oaths — and in some cases, state law — to vote against Trump when the Electoral College meets on Dec. 19.

It's kind of ironic that there is supposed to be something wrong with President Trump questioning the integrity of the election process in 2020 when the democrats were shrieking with their piercing little voices in 2016 about "Russian interference" having somehow stolen that election from Hillary, Obama's heir-apparent. And all the time spinning outlandish conspiracy theories about how President Trump was actually a Russian agent. Remember how many of them loudly proclaimed themselves "the resistance" and wailed "not my president!" That shit went on for four fucking years!!! All while the mainstream media (led by the new york times and the washington post masturbated frantically about how the "walls are closing in" on Trump and about how he was about to be removed from office any day now! (Total utter bullshit, which make me very skeptical about all the talk about "fake news" now. How could news be any more fake than the mainstream legacy media??
So now that they think that Biden has won, they think that everything can go back to "normality", apparently meaning their increasingly totalitarian one-party state with them safely in charge, pushing their radical agendas, while the rest of us shut up and take it. Good luck with that. The only reason that things seemed abnormal during the Trump administration was that the democrats were constantly preaching and practicing destabilization and subversion. They aren't the only ones who can play that game.
Their control of the mass media may make it possible for them to make it look like they have the great majority of the American people behind them and that the only dissidents are a few "right-wing extremists" -- racist, misogynistic, homophobes out in the god-forsaken rural boondocks somewhere. That will almost certainly be the coming narrative. (Their own 'antifa' thug enforcers will never be called 'extremists', they will be embraced as righteous youths and minorities fighting for 'justice'. We already saw that happening with the BLM riots.)
But trying to silence and marginalize half of the American population isn't a winning strategy in the long run. (So fair and democratic elections may become a thing of the past.) Hostility and distrust by the urban elites for the average American and by the average American for the elites and for the elites' federal government instrument will only increase to the point of social collapse.
Peaceful societies depend on the trust and cooperation of their people. The only other alternatives are anarchy or a police state. World history provides many examples of both.
The American people might just start ignoring federal law the same way that illegal aliens do. If local authorities refuse to even cooperate with enforcement of federal law (a path that "sanctuary cities" pioneered), there aren't enough federal agents to investigate, arrest and prosecute tens of millions of people. (Especially if the people are armed and organized.) So large segments of the people might start ignoring how Washington says they must behave.
The only way that the United States will survive with its peace, stability, freedoms and liberties intact, is if each side starts listening and speaking to the other and is willing to compromise. I see no sign of that the democrats are in any mood for compromise. Their mood at the moment seems to be triumphalist.
So we are going to be in for a long four years. I'm not very confident about what the United States will look like on the other side. It very likely won't be a democracy any longer. I still think that the 2020 US election was a major inflection point in world history that might shape the future of the entire planet for centuries to come. (If China becomes the world's leading power, if the US ceases to be a democracy and adopts the Chinese model of governance...)
