Can he appeal? I wonder if he will attract more than his fair share of Prison Annies? This guy will probably book the Conjugal Visit room 24/7. What kind of prison will he go to, low or high security? Tennis anyone?

I've read that he was heading to Riker's Island prison, when he started having chest pains, and now - he in the hospital. But, once he recovers, he'll be heading there, but I think Riker's is a holding place, as he awaits his final destination. (which is going to be a maximum security prison) It will be far from a country club experience, but because of his fame and status, he will be shielded from the general population. But, prison life seems like it functions with a different set of rules, and I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up like Epstein. (who I believe was murdered)

Personally I could care less about Winestain. Deserves the worst and good riddance. However in this world money talks and poverty walks. Isn't Rikers where a bunch of correction officers were arrested on bribery and smuggling charges. I heard bribery very rampant in USA prisons. Can Harv afford to pay for special treatment?

Hmm, maybe. But, the likelihood that he is going to successfully pay off prison guards, and officials to get special treatment is probably slim. I've read that he will be sheltered most likely, from the general population. That might be as far as his ''special treament'' goes. I need to look up the specific details of this trial, I didn't follow it all that closely, but have read snippets regarding the gist of the allegations. Supposedly, it took the jury 30 hours of deliberation, which is roughly three days, so it wasn't a slam dunk.

I didn't follow trial at all. State prosecutors represent the government which represents you. Technically your voice, system, and anything else associated with the law.  Whatever happened was endorsed by you in some respect.

Don't have to like it. It's a democracy and as far as I know the gov't is the people.

If only it was that simple. I don’t believe “we the people” have as much say as you may think.

I had 'a relationship' with a blond nymphomaniac. [TRUE]. I don't know why I stayed with her [FALSE].
