Chauvin trial

A trace amount of fentanyl is a lethal dose, and there's no such thing as a "prescription dose" of methamphetamine. That's a street drug, the prescription drug is amphetamine. As one prosecution expert testified in the trial, there are no studies of "safe levels" of methamphetamine. Norfentanyl is what the body converts fentanyl to, so those two have to be added.

Yeah, reasonable doubt is a high hurdle for the prosecution, especially in this case.

But we're white. What do we know? Apparently white people are incapable of evaluating evidence, at least in this case.

White folk can’t play the race card. Definite disadvantage. Their best chance for acquittal will have to rely on a fair trial, presenting evidence and creating doubt. Kind of like OJ’s hand not fitting the glove.

Oh, I think most are.  The exceptions are very newsworthy - but most people (of any color) are pretty reasonable.

So...if you're white and have the right opinion, you can evaluate evidence? Since when is having a particular preconceived opinion conducive to objective evaluation?
