Note the plates flying up in an arc out of the opened cabinet. That's nothing string pulling could ever accomplish.
Again, all of that is possible if you understand trajectories. It's just a matter of where a string is pulling from.

I understand the trajectory of an object jerked by a horizontal string--it scoots over the edge and falls to the ground. Never would it fly up into the air like we see these objects doing. These objects are being thrown. Notice that arc on the orange.

Is it sad that I'm scared to watch these videos? lol Even if they're not verifiable, it's like watching a scary movie that haunts you for dayssssss
I believe that ghost activity exists, and as mentioned above, (and exploring the topic in this thread s'more) I tend to give validity to stories of people whom I respect, or perhaps respect their worldviews, and therefore believe them when they speak on topics such as this, or personal experiences. What this all comes down to though, if we are all being honest with each other, is we ALL have beliefs that run counter to the norm. All of us. While that's true, as long as the beliefs we hold don't hurt others, or cause a slippery slope towards gullibility in our lives, I see nothing wrong with believing in things that run counter to the norm.
To the skeptics in the thread, would you be slightly afraid to take a tour of a haunted hotel/prison? Have you ever?

What I would like to see is some unbiased scientists visit this man and set up some recording equipment for their own research purposes to confirm the phenomenon. It doesn't appear that this entity is the least bit shy about being recorded on camera. But it did wait till the man was at work to wreak havoc on his kitchen. This would be a scientific feat worthy of the nobel prize if confirmed by scientists. Theories can come later on.

Not afraid and yes. Nothing happened. I hear more noises in my own house at night than I did visiting supposed haunted places. Alcatraz was during the day with a tour group so it doesn’t probably count. Funny I never thought about creepy & spooky when I was there, just about the people and history.

I've been unaware that Alcatraz is rumored to be haunted.
This thread has caused me to reflect on my own mindset when it comes to these things, so I'm not interrogating you. lol Just curious. It's interesting to me, that you just take in things as they are, not with any other preconceived ideas or wishes. If I knew for example, that Alcatraz has been rumored to be haunted, I might be distracted by that thought, during the tour. Instead of taking in the experience as is, I might be listening for sounds or wondering if that chill that brushed across my back, was a ghost. (When a ghost is present, ''experts'' say that room temperatures often drop.)
So, for someone like me, who gets distracted (on occasion) by the fringe, it's curious to meet people like you Z, who remain focused on what is in front of him.

Wegs... on the way over there that’s what most everyone was talking about. Maybe it was my luck to be with a group of ghost believers but I think you’re right because I dont remember it being advertised as haunted. Quite a few years ago.
Just Googled...I guess it’s been cited as being haunted. Whatever that means

Notice how little of the ceiling you can see.

I would love to, but wouldn't be afraid. As a teen I got into plenty of spooky places. Spent a night in a cemetery, and even broke into an old closed hospital at night, where we walked down Zippo-lit hallways lined with pitch black open doors. Was more afraid of the homeless/druggies that might have been there than any ghost. Hell, even if all these videos were true, it's not like they really hurt people. Just a klutzy juggling act.
Like aliens, I would love to be proven wrong about ghosts. Who doesn't want more magic in the world? But I'm not going to convince myself of things that don't exist.
