Most of these are just common sense (that unfortunately isn't all that common).

Treat store employees like fellow human beings.

If something isn't in stock, yelling at a store employee won't make it magically appear.

It's amazing how many people are convinced that they can sweet talk employees into doing things that could get the employee fired.
