What should be noted is the people that attempt to commit such attacks are usually militant, which means part of their daily routine is training for the attacks they intend to do. For instance the attack on Israel involved "butch" men, where as the Palestinians in Gaza have been suffering from the lack of nutrition. (There is a visible difference between those that are just trying to survive and those that intend to fight) Thats probably why Israel has been controlling food in the manner they have (although it is inhumane to do so, since it victimises those that aren't or weren't involved in attacks.)

Police admit they shot dead Manchester synagogue victim, as attack puts spotlight on antisemitism in UK
https://edition.cnn.com/2025/10/03/uk/ma...olice-intl

EXCERPTS: One of the victims who died in the Manchester synagogue attack and another who was injured were likely shot by armed officers aiming for the killer, police said on Friday. The police said they believed the two victims were huddled behind a door in the synagogue in the northern English city, trying to prevent the attacker from entering, when they were shot.

[...] since the police believed that the suspect, Jihad Al Shamie, did not have a gun, it must have been the police gunfire that hit the victims... [...] The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said Friday it is investigating the use of “lethal force” by Greater Manchester Police during the attack. It added that this was “standard practice” when police use of force “may have resulted in the death of a member of the public.”

EXCERPT: Three more suspects have been arrested by counter-terrorism police investigating the attack on a Manchester synagogue which left two people dead.

Officers said a man and two women, aged between 18 and their mid-40s, were detained following the attack by Jihad Al-Shamie at the synagogue in Crumpsall, Manchester, on Thursday.

They also said they had information that Al-Shamie, 35, had gone to the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue on foot before returning in a car 15 minutes later when the attack began.

Head of Counter Terrorism Policing Laurence Taylor confirmed Al-Shamie had a criminal history that was not related to terrorism, and was on bail over a rape allegation.

There had been a large police presence in Central Avenue, Farnworth, Bolton, from Thursday evening into Friday, and multiple eyewitnesses said they had seen at least one man and one woman being arrested there.

Police have confirmed the activity was in relation to the synagogue attack investigation. In total, six people are in custody on suspicion of commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism.
