I only posted the penalties. If you thinking breaking the law is right, that's your problem.
And I don't care, either way, on renaming it.

Yep..sometimes it is. Read Thoreau's "Civil Disobedience", the essay that inspired Gandhi.

Yep...when injustice reigns. Remember the Boston Tea Party? Remember attacks on deposed dictators' statues? Remember the Berlin Wall?

Syne standing before the Berlin Wall waving his arms: "Please stop everyone! Vandalism is illegal!" lol

MR just can't see how wonderful it could be. The most popular president of all time paying homage to his predecessor, a golf course, a casino, a holding pen, people buying apartments that don't exist, and so much more.

Wait, you think renaming the Kennedy Center would be an injustice on par with unrepresented taxation, rebellions against dictators, or the Berlin Wall?
Renaming a building is unjust?

Seriously? Do you grasp the morality of preserving presidential memorials, particularly for one assassinated in office? It would be a complete desecration to put Trump's name on it. He's a shit president who will be forgotten in 3 years. And all traces of his foul stench in Washington will be totally dispelled.

Oh, you mean like all of the Civil War hero memorials that were renamed, or outright removed, by leftists?
No uniform principles in sight, just partisan bias.

Nope..those weren't US presidential memorials, and weren't even US military hero memorials. They were municipally-erected statues of confederate traitors fighting against the US govt and killing soldiers for the right to own slaves. Get your history right moron.

No one said any of that. They were all Civil War heroes, just not on the winning side.
But there were more than that:

During the 2020 racial justice protests, many monuments to Christopher Columbus, George Washington, and Abraham Lincoln, along with Confederate figures, were targeted, defaced, or removed across the U.S. due to controversial legacies, with Columbus statues facing widespread toppling, while Washington and Lincoln figures also saw vandalism.

Is there any vandalism you don't condone?
