INTRO: An Albanian criminal‘s deportation was halted partly because of his young son’s aversion to foreign chicken nuggets. Klevis Disha, 39, entered the UK illegally as an unaccompanied minor. He later gave a fake name and falsely claimed to be born in the former Yugoslavia.

He was stripped of his UK citizenship in 2021 after serving two years in prison when he was caught with £300,000 known to be proceeds of crime. It was later determined that he should forfeit citizenship because it had been “acquired through deception”.

But an immigration tribunal ruled it would be “unduly harsh” for his 10-year-old son, known as ‘C’ in court documents, to return to Albania with his father owing to food sensitivities, sensory issues and difficulties communicating emotions... (MORE - details)

VIDEO EXCERPT: An insane story about chicken nuggets this week revealed the laughably soft touch of Britain's asylum system. An Albanian criminal's deportation was blocked by chicken nuggets. Not because the runway was covered with massive mutant nugs. It was because his son doesn't like foreign chicken nuggets and can only eat British ones. Apparently under European human rights law, making him eat Albanian chicken nuggets would infringe on his human rights.

The criminal Klevis Disha entered the UK illegally in 2001 under a false identity, claiming to be from the former Yugoslavia. Despite an initial rejection of his asylum claim, he was granted UK citizenship in 2007, because of course everybody gets it eventually. With an asylum system that rewards criminality, is it any surprise that he then went on to commit crime? Disha was sentenced to prison in 2017 for possessing £300,000 in cash deemed to be the proceeds of crime.
