I wouldn't think the win was legitimate anyway. Unfortunately a majority of the tech heads (SysOps) would of fallen for that bro culture nonsense, so the votes probably rigged. I wouldnt' suggest you storm Capital Hill however.... remember there is legal routes to tie up the loose ends and thats likely what will be in effect now.

Edit: It can be suggested the election was bought. The initial "Advertisment" of Bitcoins being supported prior, and the sudden increase in prices afterwards implies those that voted are getting paid.

Housing is very expensive there (both rent and ownership), which includes rising NIMBYism among factors like excessive bureaucratic stipulations and levies/taxes impeding the speed of construction and development.

Which is exactly what happened.

The polling this time wasn't as terrible as I expected, so long as we ignored who they said was leading by how much, which was all over the map. They were off in their predictions that Trump was unlikely to win the popular vote, which he did rather handily.

What they got right was identifying what were safe red states and safe blue states. And they were right in identifying that the famed "blue wall" of elections past (particularly WI, MI and PA) was in play and would be where the election was decided. Which is just what we saw.

You're delusional if you think it was "rigged" for Trump, especially since he handily won the popular vote as well, including with historic minority support for a Republican.

Nice to see the various facets of the Establishment responsibly executing their duties to followers, with respect to crisis scenarios like this.

You can always count on the entertainment industry to provide plenty of despair and over-the-top theatrics -- after all, they're actors and performers. Which is not to slight the academic community -- no doubt the blogs and media accounts there are doing their best to serve up an intellectual buffet of disgust and catastrophic distress, too. But Hollywood is the cat's pajamas when it comes to over-the-top histrionics and towering affectations.
