He confirms the uap sped past him quickly. I have no idea how fast it was going, but it definitely couldn't have been a balloon.

No, he didn't confirm anything except what he perceived, which is that he had no sense of motion, so he misattributed the motion to the external object. It's not like he clocked it with radar or even turned to "follow" to verify anything.
This is the same basic principle behind the rest frame in relativity. Unless accelerating, you don't feel like you are moving. And unless you are close to an environment speeding by as you move, like driving in a car, that lack of feeling in motion will lead you to attribute it to the object outside of your frame. But since you think whatever people say they witnessed is somehow actual physical fact, regardless of you previously being wrong about Chinese lanterns and highway lights, I'm sure you won't take even two seconds to consider the actual physical facts involved. As you've done this entire thread, you'll just continue to make bare assertions and demand someone "prove you wrong," like the wacko crackpot you are.

Quote:No, he didn't confirm anything except what he perceived LOL And he perceived the uap speeding past him. That's what he saw, and that's what I'm going by, not some contrived rationalization of someone who wasn't there and wants it so bad to be a balloon. Once again, you've been totally refuted. |
