hopefully they find them.

It's possible they would of been dumped by Ukrainians that had been press ganged into defending intitially. The real concern though is going to be how to make sure everyone is who they say they are after Russia went through the process of removing passports (although I'm not entirely sure that was in Kherson)

All I could suggest is to be wary of opperating any forward command in Kherson for now, until at least they know who's who and whats "bugged".

they may wait for a few weeks or month or two before they start to report back.
they will surely have a cell phone(hidden somewhere)

is there any technology that ukraine can bring in on a truck to act like a cell phone tower and to listen in on all cell phones that connect to it ?
they can jam other areas so people are forced to move to connect with the truck

Israeli Amir armored MRAP car spotted in Ukrainian service somewhere in the liberated part of Kherson oblast. The significance of this is that Israel has publicly denied providing Ukraine any military assistance and says it has only supplied humanitarian assistance. The Israelis have a fairly friendly relationship with Russia and don't want to ruin it. But this vehicle suggests that Israel is supplying Ukraine with covert military aid.

And it's verified as true. The Russians did blow the Antonovskii bridge.

The big fear now is that the Russians might blow up the Khakovka dam up river, which would flood Kherson city and all the towns along the river.

The concern there is if they have purposely only generated a leak, namely create small fissures to allow the water to lower in level before hitting again in the future. This over time would remove the sudden flooding concern of just outright destroying the dam in one go. (It also reduces the risk to their front line defenses being flooded should the dam go) It does heighten the concerns over water being delivered to the Enerhodar Nuclear Power Plant though (As well as the reduction of the water level might eventually allow areas of the river to be passable using less equipment to cross.

Ukrainian commandos have crossed the wide mouth of the Dnipro to attack a thin peninsula of Russian held land that was in position to fire on ships traveling in and out of the Port of Mykolaiv. (Mykolaiv was a major shipbuilding center in Soviet days and may still be. Many ships of the Soviet navy were built in Mykolaiv including Russia's one and only aircraft carrier.)

Reports coming in of heavy fighting.

I think it’s time to bring the war to the ordinary Russian, especially if that dam is blown. Doolittle Raid anyone? Target Moscow.

russians have no cause to fight a war, it would be unwise to give them one cause to rally behind.
russians know they are an invading army now and that is working against them.

if a threat was made on moscow it might create more willing conscripts

im pro the idea of them hitting those places they launch weapons from where ever that is

like a strike on the belarusian location of russian weapons & locations in russia close to the border which are launching strikes on ukraine and staging areas

Russia would have to divert some of their military resources to protecting Moscow and possibly other major targets on home ground. Oh they’ll rally alright, so would you if your guy is pointing an assault rifle at you threatening to shoot if you don’t sign up.
