The video calls it a uap. I think it's something different. It seems alive.

Glowing blue plasma balls connected by a thread doing their thing at Hawaii in 2021. Then traveling to Pennsylvania in 2024. Apparently an affinity for water. (Getting a drink? Refueling? Testing for microscopic life signs? "No recognizable signs of anything on land that's like me.")

I call these black smoke sky squids. I've seen them in several videos. I even saw them capture one on video on an episode of The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch. They had no idea what it was. I did!

It's wrong. In the first video you can even see it going back and forth. Kites can't do that. The devil's in the details.
