Doesn't quite fit the pattern on the tail of some American Airlines jets. So I guess I'll have to go with water tower. Maybe somewhat different than this one.

Thats such a good answr includin the "silver patties" that i wish it was right... but i will give a extra good clue as compensation.!!!
Clue::: Its 5/16 inch wide... stainless steel... an a Marvel Comics character used a weapon thats called the same thang the item is that you'r tryin to guess.!!!
