Knowledge need not be "full and accurate" to know when the unprecedented happens. You can know a local storm was unprecedented by the damage you see outside your door, even when you don't know the accurate dollar figure of damage done.

It is a fact that there were more irregularities, whether honest errors or fraudulent, if only due to the unprecedentedly volume of early and mail-in voting due to Covid.

They're reporting that only accounts for 2,100 ballots. But no doubt, that's not the only legal action in PA.
