EXCERPTS: China, Russia and Iran are among countries seeking to influence the US presidential election this year, a top US intelligence chief has warned. • Iran is trying to "undermine US democratic institutions", Mr Trump, and "divide the country" ahead of the vote by spreading disinformation and "anti-US content" online. Their efforts are driven partially by a belief a second term for the president "would result in a continuation of US pressure on Iran in an effort to foment regime change"

At Friday's press conference, Mr Trump said Russia "could be" meddling in this year's election, but dismissed the idea the country might be trying to help him win a second term. "I think the last person Russia wants to see in office is Donald Trump," he said, saying that "nobody's been tougher on Russia than I have, ever."

Biden addresses his comments on diversity of the Black Community

INTRO: Yes, it happened again. Joe Biden is facing more backlash over comments about Black voters.

The cringey moment occurred Wednesday, during a video interview hosted by the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and the National Association of Black Journalists. At one point during the teleconference, NPR reporter Lulu Garcia-Navarro asked the former vice president if he would "re-engage" with the Cuban government and extend Temporary Protective Status for Latino immigrants seeking asylum—two issues that could affect Cuban voters in Florida.

"Yes, yes," Biden responded. "And by the way, what you all know, but most people don’t know, unlike the African American community, with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community with incredibly different attitudes about different things. You go to Florida, you find a very different attitude about immigration in certain places than you do when you're in Arizona, so it's a very diverse community." (MORE)

CYNICISM: As mentioned, back in May Joe also got into homogeneity trouble when he round-a-boutly suggested that the majority of Black people reliably vote Democrat (perhaps hoping the blazing devil of Trump would obscure that): “You got more questions. If you have a problem figuring out if you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”

Carla Hall opined here: "Biden was right. He just didn’t have the right to say it. [...] I would be the last black person to suggest that black Americans are a monolithic group who all believe the same things. ... Charlamagne was right to remind Biden on his show, 'The Breakfast Club,' that Democrats take black voters for granted. That’s true. The Democratic Party has a history of assuming: Who else will black people vote for? And the Republican Party often acts as if it lost black folks from the get-go."

The majority of Black people actually are monolithic in political party context, but they do have the rebellious option of not voting at all -- of leaving either a white patronizer or even a Black-leader exploiter with a hole in their tallying pockets. But that's very unlikely to happen with Trump in office, especially with the additional enmity against him stirred-up by street activity in recent months.

So even though Joe should feel secure, he needs to pretend otherwise and avoid saying this offensive monolithic stuff out loud. Well, nix that: It really doesn't matter -- even if people do get upset about such they are still going to vote for him (this time around). "I would vote for Joe Biden if he boiled babies and ate them."

Real racism is either proud and openly admits it, like Neo-Nazis, or, like Biden and most Democrats, in denial about their own blatant racism. And that's why Democrats will vote for Biden. They don't really care that he's racist, helped write the 1994 crime bill, and condescendingly praised Obama as being the "first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy". And Democrats don't care that he's a creep around women either. Just look at the double standard of how Democrats treat black and female Republicans, using racist and sexist epithets. That's because their ideology takes priority over any race, gender, or other identity group they use to secure power.

Most people seem to be completely unaware of the current and historical Northern racism of Democrats. Northern racists pushed for desegregation of the South while maintaining de facto segregation in the North, so much so that decades-long Democrat-run cities still have the most segregation and income inequality and Northern Democrats still rail against minorities being brought into their children's suburban schools...while denying minority communities with failing schools any school choice, like vouchers. It's pretty damn insidious, and continues in BLM protests, largely manned by Democrat whites or forwarding their aims, looting and rioting, making the black community look bad. I could go on and on.

Maybe the alleged manipulators are intentionally angering Trump supporters so they get up and vote. Kind of a reverse psychology.
