INTRO: Stalin's terror, the economic failure of the Soviet Union, the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the popular uprisings across Eastern Europe appeared to have buried socialism. But now, a new generation is calling for radical change. Or do we risk having to learn the painful lessons of the past once again?
The Panel

Jon Lansman is founder of the 40,000-strong pro-Corbyn pressure group Momentum. Angela Eagle is a British Labour Party politician who has served as Minister of State for Pensions and Ageing Society and Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury. David Aaronovitch is an award-winning journalist and broadcaster. He writes a regular column for The Times which he has called "my war against stupidity". (MORE - video)
