Would women who perhaps feel shame or regret over an abortion be just as apt to remain silent as all these sexually assault victims in Hollywood? People commonly feel that they are to blame for circumstances they could not have possibly controlled, like rape victims who don't come forward. So how much more of a tendency for those who actually have a hand in the act?

It's a very sensitive and complex process, and most women I believe, don't make the decision lightly, even though it may seem that way.
