"Peterson's primary goal was to figure out the reasons why individuals, not simply groups, engage in social conflict, and try to model the path individuals take that results in atrocities like the Gulag, Auschwitz and the Rwandan genocide. Especially from 4:07, where he talks about how America should never go single-payer or government mandated, because socialized medicine countries like Sweden "parasite upon" the innovations that only occur in a free market healthcare system.
