Men as victims of (sexual) harassment in the workplace.

Good points raised by all. A woman claiming sexual harassment is more likely to be seen as a victim, or depending on the circumstances, a risky individual to employ as if she has complained once, she may complain again and the litigation around these situations brings scrutiny that employers do not wish to bear.

A man who claims harassment may be subject to ridicule, while a man accused of same ends up with a serious blemish on his record, even if he is completely cleared of any wrong-doing.

Perhaps for this reason, many companies prefer to discourage intimate relationships between employees yet in smaller communities one is quite likely to fraternize with co-workers and the propinquity effect may come into play.
