Civilians haven't been targeted. The IDF actually lost operational advantages to warn the civilians to evacuate before attacking civilian buildings.

All civilian deaths have been the fault of Hamas, whether by starting the war and hiding in civilian buildings or coercing civilians not to evacuate, in order to intentionally get their own civilians killed for the PR warfare.

No, Hamas committed war crimes by hiding among civilians. There is no war crime in attacking combatants, even if they hide among civilians, because otherwise you'd be incentivizing further war crimes.
