The evidence is all there for those who will look. The fact that you consistently and obsessively play whack-a-mole with every compelling example of such exposes your own fear of having your worldview threatened. It's like your fundamentalist religion, only based not on a credo of beliefs but of disbeliefs. And yet science is nothing if not the discovery and attempt to understand unexplained things--worldview be damned. If the present science can't explain them, then we need a better and more comprehensive science.

You always have trouble understanding the meaning of the word "compelling."

As I've repeatedly told you, space aliens don't threaten my worldview, but apparently, with all your defensiveness, the lack thereof might threaten yours.
Appeals to scientism don't help.

There is no lack of unexplained phenomena in our world. And what this says about our so-called reality is far more disconcerting than any simplistic and prosaic worldview we may cling to.

Glitches in reality. People report these all the time and they probably are underreported due to the fear of being thought to be crazy or foolish. But what follows from living in a reality that can be so "glitchy"?

I've noticed more and more 'glitches in the matrix' in the last few years.

Occasionally I'm doing a Sudoku (which I often do sitting pooping, since we don't have Roman foricae available for conversation). I will look at the page, look away and when I look again the numbers are different. A number I need has appeared that I'm kinda sure wasn't there a moment earlier. I makes me wonder if reality is constantly changing in minor hard to notice ways, and we aren't aware of it since we might be changing right along with it.

Of course, I can't eliminate the possibility that my recollection was faulty.

And just today I was sitting in my living room. Nobody else was at home except me. And I remember thinking the Sun was going down and it was getting dark in the room. Then I looked at my computer and at the TV, and when I looked up again the ceiling light was on. I have no recollection of me or anyone else turning it on.

Though again, maybe my memory is starting to fail.
