Trump lost any moral high ground he might have had when he attacked Iran under cover of 'negotiations'. Waving the US fleet in the air until Iran promises not to make nukes .. they might LIE. Killing poppa Khomeini .. that didn't help. Whatever happens next it comes back to constant surveillance and 'mowing the grass' .. which is where we were before Trump 'acted'. The US has long range bombers and big bombs .. which I'm sure Israel will be happy to pay for .. so just try for a dignified exit from the current covfegne.

And you didn't even offer any rebuttal of the AI quote, which would make your entire post nothing but a genetic fallacy.

Ironic that you chose to talk about intelligence.

Actually I chose not to do a rebuttal as we aren't really having a discussion. It's not a convergence of the minds trying to work out the best laid plan to put forth for a greater future.

No... it's a coercive, controlling entity floating their ego trip on what they believe is besting someone. No answer would ever be good enough or correct in your eyes. Thats why you find that some of the people yet get gritty with don't dance to the beat of your drum.

Even when statements are made you miss the points aloft your ivory tower, clinging to your perceived version of the world like a proverbial bosom.

I pointed out that AI can't be trusted. Considering the nature of who controls the training of such things derives how the answers it gives can be beyond misleading. I dare say a number of intelligence agencies have been looking at how to coerce beliefs and even actions by how AI is trained.

My POV to the world is always going to be different from yours Syne, no matter how much you vie for control or dominance. I (as many other people) will always be my own person and we likely only agree to disagree.

That didn't happen.

Only when you refuse to have one.

It's delusional to think anything we say here is going to help the future. And why should discussion only be about coming to some agreement? That seems like a very limited view.

Just because you can't manage to defend your views doesn't mean I have any interested in besting anyone. If you refuse to have the discussion, you're besting yourself. I'm interested in the Darwinian survival of ideas. So I challenge those of others and expect my challenged in return.

You really shouldn't be concerned whether I approve of you or not. You should have the courage of your own convictions.

And that is merely a genetic fallacy, unless you can show how that particular answer is incorrect.

I expect nothing more. But it's sad when people don't have the wherewithal to effectively express and defend their own views. Without such dialogue, people have little reason to believe their own world view may be suspect.

But you giving up on conversation really does fit with your country's spineless engagement with anything hostile, whether in the larger world or at home.
