I don't have a whole lot of sympathy for Andrew Tate being arrested if the rape allegations about him are true. And if Britain will arrest people for mean tweets or for "misgendering" transvestites, then I wouldn't be surprised if they put out international arrest warrants for bad outfits too. Of course if they did that, they would have to arrest half of their own country.
But if he would dial back the short skinny jeans, Andrew Tate wouldn't look bad in my opinion. The shirt, beard and shades work on him. Even the bald head. It looks like an outfit that he might wear to a party.
