I realised just now that I already had a subforum that could cover it (Puzzles, Crosswords, Sudoku etc), anything specific can be added as a subforum to this forum.

Find a 10-digit number where the first digit is how many zeros in the number, the second digit is how many 1s in the number etc. until the tenth digit which is how many 9s in the number.

Here is even a harder version wit 13 digits.!!!
Find a 13-digit number where the first digit is how many zeros in the number, the second digit is how many 1s in the number etc. until the tenth digit which is how many 9s in the number. 9210000001000
