I really shouldn't be surprised that you don't understand the simple difference between holding objectively false beliefs and holding potentially false or highly debated opinions.

But that's the whole problem. Sometimes people don't agree on what you call "objectively false beliefs." Is for example the weird belief that you can talk to a Jewish carpenter who was crucified 2000 years ago objectively false? Seems to me that this is no less wacky than many of the delusions the mentally ill have. Or how about all those people who believe some celebrities and politicians are reptilians in disguise? Or alien abductees? Or anti-vaxxers?
