The anti-tail of 3I/ATLAS turned to a tail!
https://avi-loeb.medium.com/the-anti-tai...d2479b6633

EXCERPT: My colleague, Adam Hibberd, pointed out that if the object is an alien spacecraft slowing down, and the anti-tail is braking thrust, then this change from anti-tail to tail would be entirely expected near perihelion. In that case, the transition would constitute a technosignature in the form of an unexpected phenomenon indicative of controlled maneuvering, possibly with the intention of achieving a bound heliocentric orbit between Mars’s and Jupiter’s orbits... I wouldn't want to be a party pooper to those that "want to believe" however there is some fundamental points to consider:

The comet is traveling at approximately 210,000 km/h (thats around 58.33 km/s)

An approximate radius of our solar system (Based upon Oort Cloud) is 15,000,000,000,000 km (15 trillion km)

It has therefore taken the comet 8,184 years to reach the centre of our system. (15 trillion / 21,0000 / 365.25)

That means the comet arrived on the outer edge of our solar system in 6,159 BC (About the same time that Great Britain and Ireland as islands came into existance)

While trees do prove that lifeforms can last for centuries, I'm not entirely sure anything could last 81 centuries. So I'm pretty sure it's just a comet.
There is of course stromatolites (wikipedia.org), however their again not a super complex organism, probably not something riding around in a spaceship.

I expect Loeb probably fancies it being a robotic or AI automated space probe traveling at realistic sub-light speeds. Or at the very best, something akin to Clarke's slumbering ark Rama, that could assemble quasi-living biots, when necessary.

Given that Loeb is 63 years old, and three interstellar objects have appeared in less than a decade, he may have several more opportunities over the next 20 more years to excitedly portray random chunks of rock or ice as intelligent machine visitors.

The shit's all gonna hit the fan on Wed the 29th and there's nothing you can do. The aliens will send their ships from the 3I ATLAS mothership as it sweeps across our solar system, reducing our cities and towns to rubble. Even Yazata will not be safe in peaceful San Francisco and will be forthrightly probed. And Avi Loeb will ascend to their craft as the new Overlord of this race of interstellar vagabonds. Just you wait n see.

I think YouTube and TikTok should have to make AI generated videos fully transparent. There’s a buried disclaimer for YouTube, but most people aren’t going to look for it, and no mandatory disclaimer for TikTok yet.

Yeah, those nutty AI vids about 3I/ATLAS are everywhere.
