Charlie Kirk was clearly pro children .. with no indication of how the children are to be supported .. is there an implied "Marry a rich guy".. which is fine as long as you're honest about it. In some cultures the family find a suitable rich guy and the deal is done without the need for the female to consent .. I'm told these marriages often work well (or not) .. a potential model for the US?

Since horizontal rule [ hr] confuse some people that a separate reply is being made, I've edited the post to leave the actual reply. Maybe that will help, but probably not.

Considering poor states in the US are so much more prosperous than the UK, affording children is easier here. But instead of caring about being overtaxed, many Brits seem willing to accept importing labor that does not share Western democratic, or even consent, values.
