That's why things like Oktoberfest and St. Patrick's Day are not perceived as exclusively white.
Those are celebrations of occasions not the white race. You can probably find some white race celebrations in the South if you really want to attend one. I bet they're not very welcoming to blacks.

It's a natural concession to minorities in our society to let them have their own festivals and parades. It's the least we can do for having oppressed and marginalized them in the past. Only a racist wouldn't understand this. In any case, it's not like you're banned from such festivals. If you went to one I'm sure they'd welcome you with open arms.
