Nope...UFO skeptics are definitely in the minority now and "out of touch."
AUSTIN, Texas (June 24th, 2021) "According to a national poll of 500 adults in the United States by online survey and research leader QuestionPro, 65 percent, or two-thirds, of Americans believe that UFOs have made contact with Earth. Nearly half believe the government is not telling Americans everything.
In the wake of Senate hearings on UFOs, QuestionPro set out to find what Americans believe. The short survey also found the following:
Nearly 70 percent of Americans believe in “life” in other parts of the universe.
Thirty two percent of respondents believe that UFO’s are best defined as “alien spacecraft” while 54 percent define them as “a mysterious object in the sky that is hard to explain.” Another 14 percent consider it “space junk.”
And, in good news for politicians, 62 percent believe studying UFO’s “is a good use of the government’s time and resources.”
Only 16 percent believe the U.S. government has been “completely open and honest” about UFOs, while 25 percent say it has only “sort of” disclosed enough.
“Given that a large majority of Americans believe that there is life elsewhere in the universe, and that UFO’s have visited Earth, it’s not surprising to see support for government to study the issue and a belief that the government should be disclosing more,” said Dan Fleetwood, President of Research & Insights at QuestionPro. “The data also shows a healthy respect for the unknown – that there is mystery in the universe.”----

Oh for fuck's sake, when is your reading comprehension ever going to surpass that of a third grader, moron?
No one said anything about how many believe UFOs exist. You're just delusional and hallucinating arguments no one made. Just you arguing with the voices in your head.
You're out of touch because you think people believe seeing a UFO is "the physical manifestation of a higher power." Only gullible woo-mongers like you and cultists like Heaven's Gate believe that nonsense.
Hell, you keep refuting yourself with your own quotes:
Thirty two percent of respondents believe that UFO’s are best defined as “alien spacecraft” while 54 percent define them as “a mysterious object in the sky that is hard to explain.” Another 14 percent consider it “space junk.”
That literally means that the majority, 68%, do not believe UFOs have anything to do with a "higher power" or "intelligence from another realm." Among the minority 32% that attribute them to aliens, you're out of touch to claim that even that measly 32% think it's "the physical manifestation of a higher power" or anything even vaguely religious in nature. You're a loon... even among loonies.
But hey, at least you came out of the closet, and quit hiding behind "anomalous" and "unknown" when you really believe this wacky shit.

LOL No. It didn't say that at all moron. It said 2/3s believe ufos have contacted earth. It goes without saying that they think there is some higher power and superintelligence behind them like aliens or interdimensionals. Beings with knowledge and powers far beyond our science that can save the world from its own self-destructive habit. It is no less an apocalyptic yearning for a miraculous intervention in human history than is the end-of-the-world cult that always was and is Christianity. Contact would be an event as globally transformative and eschatological as would be the second coming of Christ with all his angels.

Those are literally quotes of what you posted, dipshit. 65% believe UFOs exist, but 68% say they are "a mysterious object in the sky that is hard to explain" or "space junk."
That's doesn't imply anything about "some higher power and superintelligence." It only goes "without saying" for you, because you're an out of touch wacko.

Let's see...that's 86 % who believe ufos are real. 14% believe they aren't real and are only space junk. Let's see if that matches the results of other surveys:
"According to some polls, around 14% of Americans believe that there is no evidence of UFOs or alien life, essentially meaning they "don't believe in UFOs" based on current information available."
Yep..so ufo skeptics are only 14 % of the population. How does it feel to be out-of-touch? lol

Mysterious white patch appearing near the Northern Lights identified as a heat source..
https://thedebrief.org/scientists-unrave...rn-lights/
"If you’ve ever been lucky enough to see the Northern Lights, you may have noticed a whitish-grey patch that can be seen amidst the dance of colors across the sky. Now, for the first time, researchers at the University of Calgary may have discovered what it could be.
Published on Dec 30th in Nature Communications, Calgary researchers explored what they describe as a “structured continuum emission” connected to the northern lights. The team says this type of light spreads across a wide range of colors, but unlike regular light, it has some visible patterns or shapes.
Named for the Roman goddess of dawn, the aurora borealis are spectacular natural light shows produced by solar energy and fueled by electrically charged particles trapped in Earth’s magnetic field. While beautiful, they can also interfere with various communication systems and other technologies.
Dr. Emma Spanswick, PhD, lead author of a recent paper detailing the new findings, says the patch has been referenced in papers before but has never been explained.
“You’d see this dynamic green aurora, you’d see some of the red aurora in the background and, all of a sudden, you’d see this structured–almost like a patch-grey-toned or white toned-emission connected to the aurora,” says Spanswick.
In the past, most astronomers have been left scratching their heads. But Spanswick and her team, after searching for what could cause this effect, claimed it’s “most certainly a heat source” and suggested the aurora borealis is more complex than previously thought."

You really should be intellectually honest enough to cite the sources you quote.
Most skeptics freely admit that there are "unidentified" sightings. That literally places skeptics in the 68% who believe they are either hard to explain or space junk.
You can't co-opt "hard to explain" into "alien life," unless you're a intellectually bankrupt nutter. Nor can you presume that only those who think it's "space junk" who are skeptics.
Your intellectual dishonesty is on full display.

LOL No it doesn't. The 54 % who believe that ufos are real "mysterious objects" are not the same as the 14% who don't believe they are real mysterious objects but in fact space junk. So again, you're out-of-touch--one of a small minority of the ignorant who have never studied the phenomenon and the evidence for it and then conclude that they aren't real.

That's obviously not true. Otherwise all skeptics would always say it was "space junk." That obviously doesn't happen, as skeptics have many, varied explanations for the variety of different sightings.
So again, you're not only out of touch with most people, you're out of touch with reality as well. You're conflating "mysterious and hard to explain" with "not real." That's just stupid. There are obviously many things that are both mysterious and real. The workings of the humans brain are mysterious, but that doesn't make them not real.
You're just a moron.

Not at all...I'm acknowledging that the 58% of people who believe that ufos are mysterious objects believe they are really mysterious objects, not space junk or balloons or birds or swamp gas or any of the other bullshit claims of the small minority of skeptics. So once again you are an out-of-touch ass pontificating on a topic you know nothing about. Crawl back under your rock..
