Is American political situation similar to Rhodesia of late 70’s ? Is America a white minority governed country?

No, the US is still majority white. But the Democrats rely heavily on minority voters, so they pander pretty hard to try staying in power.

Wonder how those who support minorities would have handled the white Rhodesian minority?

You have a woefully low level of reading comprehension..
That's the whole point of paraphrasing. Describing in my own words the beliefs and assumptions you won't admit to. It's YOUR racist attitudes I'm describing. Are you getting it yet? Your claim that minorities just don't have the gumption to use the benefits extended to them to lift themselves out of their poverty. That they basically aren't worth helping out. That they are just brainwashed zombies incapable of making rational decisions.

No, if your not "paraphrasing" some real opinion you can cite, you;re just making up bullshit to vent your own projected beliefs. Apparently you even go so far as to claim mind-reading (e.g. "beliefs and assumptions you won't admit to"). But you just keep spouting racist garbage I wouldn't even dream of coming up with. It's like you've spent a lot of time thinking up ways to insult people you see as inferior.
See, you're making up bullshit again. I've never said anything about minorities being unwilling or able to avail themselves of any benefits. That's your racist subconscious spurting your real, deep-seated beliefs. The same beliefs that suddenly spurt from any racist (wow, I actually did mean to type "leftist" there) when the poor minority students are being bussed into their own children's schools or the illegal immigrants are at their own doorstep.
I also never said anyone wasn't worth helping. That's just your own racist fever-dream voice in your head. Maybe you need to check your psych prescriptions. Brainwashed obviously doesn't mean without agency, as the many examples of minorities becoming very successful prove. It's just not in the Democrat's interests for too many minorities becoming independent thinkers... which is why inner city schools are intentionally so abysmal.
You literally vote for policies that keep minorities down. That makes you objectively racist. All you can come up with in response is making up bullshit you only imaging I've said or implied, but actions speak louder than words.
You racist piece of shit.

Uh no..we vote for policies that raise minorities up. We ARE the party of minorities. It's why blacks and hispanics and LGBT and the college educated largely favor democratic policies. Not because they are some dumb sheep led by leftist masterminds to their own slaughter, but because we are and have historically been the party of civil rights and anti-racism and anti-homophobia and women's rights and the refuge of the common working man. Everyone knows republicans are the party of angry white bigots. A generation basically on its way out thank goodness. Your continuous dishonest attempts to cherrypick black republicans in youtube videos as if you somehow now represent their interests exposes your painful awareness that you simply continue to lack their support and yet need it so much in order to seem not racist. But you are and remain what you are. The last dying gasp of an outdated and hateful and fear-mongering worldview. Own it.

Your policies objectively do not lift people up, and you're the party of slavery, the KKK, Jim Crow, fighting against civil rights and school integration, incentivizing the break up of the black family, creating generational poverty, promoting the killing of more black babies than are born, etc.. They're not led by leftist masterminds (as that's an oxymoron). They're influenced by the culture. If you think no one is influenced by the culture that surrounds them, you're more of a moron than I already think you are.
Democrats fought against every civil rights bill, and a smaller percentage voted for the last one than Republicans. That you believe otherwise is just evidence that you can't see the culture that equally dupes you. Remember, I've lived in Oregon, I know.

How the Republican Party became the party of rural white racists...
"In American politics, the Southern strategy was a Republican Party electoral strategy to increase political support among white voters in the South by appealing to racism against African Americans.[1][2][3] As the civil rights movement and dismantling of Jim Crow laws in the 1950s and 1960s visibly deepened existing racial tensions in much of the Southern United States, Republican politicians such as presidential candidate Richard Nixon and Senator Barry Goldwater developed strategies that successfully contributed to the political realignment of many white, conservative voters in the South who had traditionally supported the Democratic Party. It also helped to push the Republican Party much more to the right relative to the 1950s.[4] By winning all of the South a presidential candidate could obtain the presidency with minimal support elsewhere.[5][6]
The phrase "Southern Strategy" refers primarily to "top down" narratives of the political realignment of the South which suggest that Republican leaders consciously appealed to many white Southerners' racial grievances to gain their support.[7] This top-down narrative of the Southern Strategy is generally believed to be the primary force that transformed Southern politics following the civil rights era. The scholarly consensus is that racial conservatism was critical in the post-Civil Rights Act realignment of the Republican and Democratic parties,[8][9] though several aspects of this view have been debated by historians and political scientists.[10][11][12][13][14]
The perception that the Republican Party had served as the "vehicle of white supremacy in the South," particularly during the Goldwater campaign and the presidential elections of 1968 and 1972, made it difficult for the Republican Party to win back the support of black voters in the South in later years.[4] In 2005, Republican National Committee chairman Ken Mehlman formally apologized to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) for exploiting racial polarization to win elections and for ignoring the black vote."---

The Southern strategy is a wholly debunked myth the left spouts because they have no other way to defend their racist, minority-harming policies and history replete with racism.
