Long Beach based Vast Space, another of the many "new space" companies, has announced plans for the first private space station in cooperation with SpaceX. The first module will launch no earlier than summer 2025 atop a SpaceX Falcon 9. It will be able to host four astronauts for up to 30 days. The plan seems to be to eventually launch more of these modules, link them together, and build a full size spacestation (see below). Crew access will be by SpaceX Crew Dragons.
The eventual plan (2040's time-scale) is to link lots of these modules together to build a proper sci-fi style rotating Von Braun space station large enough for hundreds of people:

Vast Space has completed a qualification test article for their space station module and have delivered it to Mohave air and space port (where the do-it-yourself spaceship launched so long ago to win the X Prize) for pressure and load testing the structure.
