I'm hopeful that he can be supportive to all he will be inclined to mentoring, without projecting his own ''beliefs.'' Most everyone on the planet, thinks a bit differently to one another as individuals, and that includes theist to theist (even theists of the same religion). So, maybe this is the best (unbiased) approach to serving as a mentor where he can ''serve'' people of all faiths, and non-faiths.
