Maybe you should quit smoking out your room, Cheech...I mean MR.

Car lights light up the screen, the window frame, the curtains, and other objects in the room. We see nothing like that in the video. The figure moves exactly like it was walking across the room.

Don't get me wrong, I do see a real live person walking across the room...obscured by video artifacting.

But if the window is out of frame and the light doesn't fall on anything else in the room, you would only see it against the back wall.
So maybe we can add light to the ever-growing number of things you don't seem to understand how they work.

I've observed passing car lights in rooms many times. They almost always light up all the windows as the moving car passes. In the video we see nothing of the sort. Not even a hint of carlights. Besides, the carlights would have been seen on the video many times. That's not the case in this situation because they would've then known they are carlights.

How do you know? The video doesn't show a window, nor is it long enough to test whether it could have been "many times". And "almost always" quite literally means "possibly not sometimes".

Again, learn to English.

If I have to choose between light projected on the wall of the baby's room from a moving light source outside the window, and the disembodied soul of a deceased individual walking (souls walk? and emit/reflect enough light to show up on videos?) through the baby's room, I'm sticking with my original hypothesis.

You aren't going to convert me to your faith in spooks as easily as that, MR.

I defend you against the skeptics when they insist that there is "no evidence". I think that things like this are evidence. Weak and unconvincing evidence in my opinion, but evidence nevertheless. The 'weak and unconvincing' are crucial in my case, when somebody wants me to change not only my beliefs, but my whole fundamental ontology.

You don't have to believe in spirits if you don't want to Yazata. I mean it's not like not believing in them will significantly impact your life, nor believing in them for that matter. I'm just fascinated that evidence like this keeps turning up. Ghosts are a rather rare phenomenon so that when one is caught on video or witnessed it is a pretty extraordinary thing. Just another weird thing about our fortean reality that makes us go "hmmm".

This is no evidence of a ghost...unless and until you can conclusively show that such things exist. Until then, the only rational explanations are mundane things, of which we do have ample evidence. That people's lives are so bland, uneventful, or lacking in some needed significance, that they have to resort to imbuing such things with mysterious or extraordinary import, is just a sign of the dearth of meaning in modern ideologies. People wouldn't so desperately defend such unsupported interpretations of such evidence unless those interpretations were filling some desperate need, otherwise missing in their lives.

It’s pretty obvious videos provide concrete evidence that Megalodon is not dead, there’s dinosaurs in the Congo, Mastadons in Siberia, and Pterodactyls flying around Texas.

Who is going to argue the visual? For $5 I'll tell you whether you're gullible or not.
