Around 150 antifa protesters vandalized the Oregon Democrats head office in Portland on Wednesday night before descending on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility, hours after Joe Biden was sworn in as president.
Videos circulating on Twitter showed antifa protesters dressed in black marching down the streets playing drums and shouting "F*** Joe Biden". Another video shows Portland police calling unlawful assembly and shooting tear gas at protesters at close proximity.
The protesters marched to the Democratic party headquarters in southeast Portland before later moving on to the ICE facility. Activists sprayed graffiti on the ICE building, police said.

Protesters march through downtown Seattle, arrests made for property damage
President Joe Biden’s inauguration was met Wednesday evening in downtown Seattle with protest and scattered property damage from anti-fascist marchers who have demonstrated for months.
A group, which numbered about 100 protesters early in the evening and later dropped in size, marched through downtown and called for the abolition of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. In chants, they decried both former president Donald Trump and Biden.

If they don’t care who’s POTUS then sounds like some getting paid to be there? Who would most likely be their employer? On the bright side, at least they’re working.

Cynical Sindee: Heh. So much for those " Barney the Dinosaur For Adults" sermons about unity. The Marxists, anarchists, and left-libertarians aren't suffering any confusion concerning what they're about.
Inauguration Day Protests in Portland, Seattle Turned Violent : " The protests in both cities appeared to share some of the anti-law-enforcement sentiments expressed in largely left-wing protests that unfolded in both cities last summer, following the killing of George Floyd while in police custody in Minneapolis."
Despite all the Coastal Establishment media hype, those eagerly anticipated "crazy right-wing protests" of flyover country apparently didn't put up a good show for them. Now the opportunistic, double-standard leeches may have to return to their summer mode of apologetically telling people to ignore Leftarian violence and pay attention to "the message" the rioters are trying to convey.
The pro-Trump inauguration protests at state capitols were complete duds

They know that Biden is just a pandering, establishment politician. He will talk a good talk, but he won't actually do much of what the most extreme leftists want. Mainly because what they want, like defunding police, can't be done by the federal government, but campaigns have made promises and led them to believe otherwise. Again, ignorant Democrat voters.
And it's only leftist paranoid fantasies that led anyone to believe there were going to be widespread right-wing riots. Everyone on the center or right knew better, as we are largely law and order people.

When Trump was trying to extend covid payments I wondered if it was just a ruse to pay thugs... not saying it was... but it would of been a way to do it that didn't leave trails to get pointed at later. I'm pretty sure I read congress nipped that in the bud.

Thugs that had been anti-Trump for over a year? No. These are people who leftist/Democrat politicians pandered to, enabled, and encouraged until their demands got beyond what even those politicians could deliver. So the mob turned on them too.

When you feel the right to do anything and govt enables it then it’s only a matter of time before you’re really f**ked.
I feel Biden admin will slowly work to the right next 4 years starting when euphoria wears off.

Right now, he's better off trying to pander to the extreme left, as they are the only ones who regularly riot. I mean, what's he going to do, send in the National Guard to stop them when Trump didn't even do that? And no amount of moving to the right will help him, since he still has to deal with the far left in Congress.

Didn’t say it’d be easy, just slow. Abrupt change would be like Roger Corman directing an Oscar winner in 1 hour.
