Since the vast majority are Democrat voters, donors, and ex-political staff, there's likely no exaggeration to their feelings. But the clicks and page views certainly validated those feelings and emboldened their naked bias.

It's actually impossible to describe the overly emotional and willfully ignorant without accurate terms like hysterical and stupid, as they are in fact synonyms. Polls often suffer from selection and self-selection bias, where people left of center are more likely to be contacted or respond. So such polls can be fair but not accurate nor hypocritical or lying. Just a fundamental weakness in polling methods. That people on the left aren't aware of these basic things just further illustrates their willingness to accept whatever superficially confirms their existing bias. And false dichotomies, like something fair cannot be inaccurate, are intellectually lazy ways to justify living in a bubble.

So posing that particular test for bias is, itself, an indicator of being a bubble-dweller. It's always so nice when such people just announce themselves...even if their lack of self-awareness precludes them from seeing it.
