Exactly. It’s so obvious the dryer is heating the air inside bowl at table top height. Wait a few seconds and cold air falls from the top through the center and warmer air rises up the sides. I’ve heard it called the Psi wheel before.

Oh I see it now. Good catch. And the effect stops after a few seconds which is why he had his phone ring to interrupt it.
